The Restaurant Lead is responsible primarily for taking the guest''s food and/or beverage orders and delivering it to their table, as well as some supervision of other servers. This person will also act as a back-up bartender as needed. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on one’s style and previous professional experiences. This is a fast paced position with constant customer interaction. Prior serving experience preferred. Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines.
