The Hyatt Regency Houston offers a vibrant dining and food scene in the heart of the business and entertainment district. Our downtown Houston restaurants feature fresh local cuisine in contemporary urban atmospheres. Ride the glass elevator to the 34th floor to Spindeltop, a fantastic seafood restaurant with a revolving dining room and glass walls with panoramic views of Houston. Spindletop serves fresh American seafood with a southwest twist, showcasing produce and fish from local purveyors.
