We are looking for a Sous Chef who is dynamic, creative, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative and has strong problem-solving skills.
To supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
At least two years experience in a similar position with an international hotel chain preferably in an opening hotel
Able to communicate with all levels of employees
min. 2 years in same position in 5* hospitality or equal ( Sous Chef )
profound knowledge of Turkish and international food
Turkish citizen only
Good command of English
