Assists in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division*
*Team Leader : Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel. · Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
*Assistant Manager: Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
