About the role:
Reporting to the Area Vice President/General Manager, we are looking for a Hotel Manager to join our team. You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of The Churchill which includes Food and Beverage, Rooms, Engineering and Security. Together with the Area Vice President/General Manager, you will foster strong human connections with our guests, partners and colleagues. You will make sure that the various departments are profitable and run according to corporate strategy, brand standards and defined targets for Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill.
You will deputise for the General Manager in his absence and assume general management responsibilities.
You will have substantial international experience, in the 5* hotel environment, as a Director of Operations or EAM - Director of Rooms or Food & Beverage in a large fast paced operation.

You’re an excellent communicator, with ‘presence’ and natural interpersonal skills. With smart appearance, an inquisitive nature and the desire to achieve the best; you will be a good problem solver, committed to delivering exceptional service.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel or Tourism management.
