Main Duties
- Management and supporting of current systems in accordance with corporate standards and local government regulations
- Management of Hotel IT Resources
- Planning and budgeting of IT expenses
- Control of local policies and procedures execution.
- IT department work control
- Backup control
- Communication with partners and suppliers
- Implementations and upgrades of current software and hardware
- Information security management
- License management
- PBX management
- Supporting to guests and events in IT areas
- Network management (based on Cisco)
- Server and storage management (HP, Lenovo, IBM)
Qualifications:
- High education
- Work experience in similar area – at least 3 years
- English proficiency
- Knowledge of operating systems: Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10; Windows Server 2012 - 2016
- Hotel systems knowledge: Opera PMS v5, Micros Simphony, TNG, HRS Back Office, Epicor iScala, АТС Avaya IP Office, Tiger TMS
