Night Audit colleagues are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions as well as maintaining and completing a night auditor’s checklist. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires/requests. You''ll be the face of Hyatt as a Night Audit Colleague.  If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk, night auditor, or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we''d love to hear from you!
 
In addition to working the Front Desk, Night Auditor’s will be asked to assist in additional areas as it relates to Guest Services (Concierge, PBX, Housekeeping etc.) This is a great opportunity that will enable our Hosts to be knowledgeable in our hotel operation.

Qualifications

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible work availability to include weekends and holiday
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
