You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible to assist in the Bakery kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlet, in accordance with Hyatt standards.
Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality Industry, minimum qualification CAP/BEP.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
Basic Culinary skills and good hygiene knowledge.
