The Revenue Coordinator will assist the Revenue Management / Revenue Manager in developing long-term strategies and short-term tactics to increase the hotel’s overall revenues and to maximise profit. The Revenue Coordinator will support to base all informed decisions on internal and external marketing intelligence with the objective of achieving a Revenue Market Share Index above 1.0 and to rank as #1 or #2 in the competitive set.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
