The Hyatt Regency Seattle is recruiting for a Sales Administrative Assistant to be part of our exciting pre-opening team! The team is ready to welcome its newest Sales team member for an anticipated start date in July 2018.
The Sales Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Sales Managers. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.
As a member of the hotel’s pre-opening team, one must be resourceful, flexible and able to adapt to unusual and unexpected events and outcomes while remaining professional and focused on the job at hand.
