Front Line Sales Manager- Hyatt Residence Club, Key West Sales OfficeThe Front-Line Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales and will assist in planning and directing initiatives necessary to meet the business objectives of the Sales Office. Generates maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. Promotes and supports all aspects of customer service. Supervises a sales team through coaching, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results. Conducts podium presentations. Maintains a professional and personal image that upholds the Hyatt Residence Club standards of integrity, quality and service to customers. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and organized with a minimum of two (2) years proven successful sales management experience.
Vacation Ownership sales experience required
Podium/Presentation sales experience preferred
Active Real Estate License required in the State of Florida
Must be self-motivated and have an enthusiastic personality
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
Prefer selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training
Must be flexible to work weekends, nights and holidays
