About the job

This Program is for Culinary Candidates aspiring to work their way up to the culinary ranks. The candidate must demonstrate they have a minimum of 12 month’s experience within the last 2 years (studies are included).
The ideal candidate has progressed to the junior level of Chef

About you

• Professional English required (4.5 score for IELTS or equivalent, or evidence of at least five continuous years of education where language of instruction was in English);
• Must have studies (College or University programs) within the field of Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management or Culinary;
• 12 months of full time verifiable related work experience;

The ideal candidate has progressed to the junior level of Chef

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions;
• Positive attitude;
• Good communication skills;
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service;
• A polished and professional appearance and compliance with Hotel grooming standards;
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations;
• Ability to work calmly while meeting deadlines.
