About the job

Responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager.
 To assist Management in increasing the Hotel’s profitability.
 To assist guests and ensure their stays at hotel are comfortable and an experience to remember.
 Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.
 Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
 Establish good public relationship with all guests.
 Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times.
 Be understanding and supportive, encouraging and helpful to all sub-ordinates.
 Have a good working relationship with all colleagues and employees of the Hotel.
 Uses all resources, labor, material and equipment effectively.
 Establishes short and long term plans and goals.
 Completes weekly inspection on overall outlets’ appearance ~ the maintenance of all fixtures, fittings and operating equipment.
 Establishes par stock for operating supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
 Initiates regular F&B meeting schedules that involves full participation.
 Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services and immediately takes all required corrective measures.
 Makes frequent suggestions to Management in reference to improvement of general operation, cost control and profitability.
