About the job

Missions Générales
• Enregistre les réservations clients
• Accueillir et prendre en charge le client depuis son arrivée jusqu'à son départ
• Contribuer à sa satisfaction permanente en assurant une prestation de qualité tout au long de son séjour
• Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs quantitatifs de son service par son action de vente


Relation client
• Accueillir le client dès son arrivée avec prévenance et attention.
• Contribuer, par une relation chaleureuse et personnalisée, à sa fidélisation.
• Gèrer les objections et/ou remarques éventuelles du client ; veiller à apporter une réponse dans le meilleur délai possible et dans le respect du Contrat 15 minutes Ibis
• Véhiculer, par son attitude irréprochable, l’image de sa marque et de son hôtel

Technique métier / production
• Assurer les opérations liées à l'accueil et au départ du client dans le respect des procédures internes
• Gérer les appels téléphoniques
• Effectuer les prises de réservation
• Préparer et servir un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner en dehors des heures d'ouverture du restaurant.

Commercial / Vente
• Valoriser les différentes prestations de l’hôtel pour optimiser les ventes
• Valoriser le programme de fidélité de la marque et/ou du Groupe et adapte ses argumentaires en fonction des besoins du client

Gestion
• Respecter les procédures en matière de facturation et d’encaissement
• Gèrer le fonds de caisse qui lui est confié
• Peut être en charge de la préparation et de l'envoi des factures ""débiteurs divers""
