Nous vous proposons un contrat d’alternance au sein de trois hôtels des Portes sud de Paris : Mercure Paris Porte d’Orléans (188 chambres), Ibis Paris Porte d’Orléans (402 chambres) et Ibis Paris Porte d’Italie (283 chambres).

Rattaché(e) au Revenue manager, vous l’accompagnerez dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie tarifaire de l’hôtel et contribuerez activement à la bonne gestion de son périmètre.

Vos missions :
- Mettre à jour quotidiennement la stratégie en fonction de l’activité.
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle régulière afin de suivre le marché et les concurrents en termes de stratégie et de pricing.
- Réaliser des reportings et des analyses statistiques ponctuelles afin de mettre en évidence la performance de l’hôtel et aider à la prise de décision.
- Participer à la gestion du RMS (EzRMS), l’optimisation des canaux de distribution, les cotations groupes et la relation avec les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes (distributeurs, ventes, etc.).


Au-delà de la rigueur et de l’organisation, il faudra vous montrer persuasif(ve), perspicace, curieux(se) et avoir un bon relationnel. Mais le travail se fait toujours dans la bonne humeur et une (petite) touche d’humour sera la bienvenue !
