The Development Planning & Performance team are searching for a talented Development Marketing Manager to join their team.

This role will be supporting the creation, development and delivery of the Development Marketing strategy through preparing multi-media sales materials for the Development team.
The role includes creation of new content on commercial analysis and creating case studies and pitch documents for high value deals, mainly our Owner community.
You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, working together to ensure the Marketing plan aligns with our Sales plan for our Owners.
This is truly a unique marketing role as your focus will be our Owner population and rather than internal marketing or marketing for our guests. It’ll also involve ownership of the Europe events calendar including meetings and conferences etc.
Localising central content and managing distribution to the Development team through the use of appropriate platform and tools
Ensuring a continuous feedback process exists to improve content
Maintaining a database of significant industry events and conferences across Europe and prioritising those events with target Owner parties
Tracking sponsorship and ancillary spend on all the conferences and events where Development team deploy funds across Europe
Devising and executing any production needs required during Owner events and/or industry conferences, alongside internal stakeholders.
Work with creative agencies as required to support development of content and the distribution platform

What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, and can summarise information from various sources and write for an audience of external stakeholders.
You’ll have exceptional communication skills including experience writing documents, reports and presentations for a sophisticated, commercially aware audience including designing and writing compelling and visually attractive reports.
You will work independently and meet tight deadlines. As well as creative capability to solve problems, driven by proactively exploring novel solutions. Similarly, you will provide attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/clients in a highly dynamic and changing environment
