The Hotel Procurement Solutions Team are searching for a pro-active Hotel Procurement Solutions Manager to join their team. You''ll be working alongside a fantastic team and join one of the biggest hotel companies in the world at our beautiful Head Quarters in Denham!

The role:

This role is predominantly focused on the buying programme in regions across our hotel networks and support the optimisation of buying platform in region for hotels and owners for hotel deals put in place by category team.

Additionally, you will support the management and development of owner relationships in region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Increase hotel adoption of buying programmes in region

  • Provide compliance to hotel programmes within both CMH and Franchise hotels within regions

  • Monitor owner satisfaction within regions

  • Provide input into growth strategies and adoption within region

  • Support the optimisation of buying platform within regions for hotels and owners for hotel deals put in place by the category team

  • Manage and track compliance to buying programmes within regions and across the hotel network.

     

What we’re looking for:

You will have strong influencing and negation skills to collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally, to drive results.

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll have strong communication skills as you’ll be speaking to important external and internal stakeholders and so excellent relationship management and presenting skills are essential and ideally.

Ideally, you’ll have experience delivering operational hotel programmes and a knowledge of procurement techniques including buying techniques coupled with previous hotel industry experience.

 

 

Travel requirements:

There is an expectation you are able to travel when required, although this will not be a lot and will be predominantly travel within the UK and Europe.
