The Manager of End-to-End (E2E) Program Delivery will ensure the evolution of our program is operationally possible and engaging to customers through robust testing E2E delivery of recommendations and ensuring the enhancements drive current and future program performance.

Your day to day

Specifically, this role will primarily be responsible for:

  • E2E Program Delivery – Manage end to end program changes, including pilots, concept tests and benefit enhancements / rollout; Be the hub on complex, interdependent program initiatives
  • Collaboration with peers across Loyalty and Partnerships (L & P), Marketing Shared Services (MSS) & Guest Experience Shared Services (GXSS) to drive strategic testing recommendations through delivery execution and analysis of testing results to provide recommendations for future program evolution.
What we need from you

Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 6 years progressive experience with demonstrated commercial success in project management, consulting, professional services or loyalty program management, preferably in travel or hospitality 

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Program Management – Proven track record of managing complex projects with global considerations in a highly matrixed organization
  • Analytical Thinker – Ability to interpret business drivers, program performance and market conditions to monitor the short term and long-term program development
  • Collaboration – Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional, globally-dispersed teams
