As a key part of our Global Strategy team, the Global Delivery Solutions team are searching for a pro-active Portfolio Analyst / Senior Portfolio Analyst. You’ll be working alongside a fantastic team and join one of the biggest hotel companies in the world at our beautiful headquarters in Denham!

This role predominantly concentrates on enabling our project managers to deliver projects into hotels effectively.
This involves providing insight on the pipeline and progress of projects impacting hotels and inputting into project process improvement in conjunction with our Global Operations team.
• Continually supporting improvements to make it simpler and easier to deliver projects into hotels
• Maintaining a clear overview of the status of multiple projects and liaising with planning teams to ensure the effective delivery of projects across our hotel estate
• Participating in the project intake processes where you will flag projects that may impact our hotels
• Provide insights and answers to strategic hotel impacting questions from internal stakeholders such as the CEO office (Executive Committee and the Board), Finance, and Business Reputation and Responsibility
What we’re looking for:
You will be a proactive individual used to keeping track of project and portfolio timelines and ensuring tight deadlines are met. Similarly, you will have proven experience of communicating how new project implementation can impact upon project pipelines and delivery.
You will have already had experience of streamlining or enhancing processes and be eager to make a difference in a fast paced, large corporate environment.
As an experienced Portfolio / Project Management professional, you will be looking for a role that can give you a global reach and increase your exposure to senior business leaders in a FTSE 100 company.
Adept at collaboration and working in an environment of change, you will have previously advised senior management on potential impacts or issues.
Similarly, you will have worked closely with internal teams and built successful relationships in areas such as Operations Support / Integration and Corporate Planning etc.
