We’re looking for a Talent & Development Manager who is passionate about contributing to our regional progress and success to join us on a 9 month fixed term contract. 
 
The role sits in the Talent and Resourcing team at our global headquarters in Denham. As the Talent & Development Manager you’ll be instrumental in bringing the regional Talent and Performance calendar to life. 
 
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to shape, design, deliver and measure talent and development initiatives across the region.
 
You’ll have a good understanding of the end-to-end talent cycle and will have probably already worked in a matrixed environment. 
 
You’ll certainly appreciate the complexity of a global organisation and enjoy the range of relationships this allows you to build and influence.  Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure talent initiatives meet development needs is a key feature of the role.

The role:
 
The Talent and Development Manager supports, designs and delivers the management, performance and development of talent across Europe, ensuring ensure we have a robust talent pipeline for our regional and global functions.
 
The role is accountable for a range of talent initiatives, such as end to end leadership assessment and development programmes, delivering internal programmes and partnering with external consultants. 
 
This includes participant management, budget management, module delivery, senior leadership stakeholder management and programme reporting and measurement.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
  • Facilitate development programmes
  • Manage assessment processes
  • Contribute to the design of management and leadership development learning modules
  • Support delivery of development centres, from programme management to quarterly participant progress tracking
  • Deliver 1-1 Hogan and 360 feedback to participants
  • Support HR Business Partners and managers in the management and implementation of talent action plans, ensuring interventions follow the 70/20/10 model
  • Manage coaching processes aligned to development programmes
  • Proactively ensure programmes are delivered within budget
  • Support ad hoc resourcing projects.
 
What we’re looking for:
 
You will have demonstrable experience within a similarly fast-paced, global, commercially-focused corporate environment (e.g. Hospitality, Travel, Retail, TMT, FMCG) with proven experience partnering with HR teams and external consultants.
 
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering talent and development initiatives in a fast-paced business and experience facilitating development sessions for mid-management level.
 
To be successful you’ll be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and confidence influencing more senior colleagues. You’ll also possess demonstrable initiative, with a passion for thinking creatively to solve problems.
