Based in Corporate Headquarters in Denham (UB9 5HR)

The role:
As a key part of our Global Strategy team, this role is focused on developing and delivering training and improving processes to support project management across IHG. Your training will enable our project managers to deliver projects efficiently and effectively across our global hotel estate.

Key responsibilities:
• Supporting the Manager of Methods and Training in the development of training modules and content, including e-learning
• Delivery of training sessions utilising a variety of methods, coaching, classroom, focus groups, webinars etc.
• Enhancement of easy-to-use project management processes and templates
• Maintenance of the project management training records database

 

 

 

What we’re looking for:
As an experienced training professional, you have delivered training through face-to-face and online initiatives, and are keen to take your experience to the next level.

 

 

You will have already had experience of streamlining or enhancing processes and be eager to make a difference in a fast paced, large corporate environment.

 

 

Your previous experience will include working with internal stakeholders to ensure the training is in line with existing processes and timeframes.

 

As you will provide a targeted training curriculum to Europe and Global Corporate colleagues to ensure all training gaps are identified and covered, you will be used to co-ordinating multiple training courses for a large audience.

An interest in travel, hotels and project management is an added advantage and whilst this role is based in Denham you should get the occasional opportunity to travel within the UK and Europe.
