Job description

Principal duties and responsibilities:
1. Instruct students according to the topic or recipe to be covered in class.
2. Give direction and instruction to students in food preparation in class.
3. Verify that the food preparations meet quality standards.
4. Evaluate and give feedback to the students' elaboration of dishes.
5. Creation and analysis of new recipes and/or menus, considering costs, availability of ingredients, and complexity of dishes.
6. Planning and coordination of internal events.
7. Develop new courses for amateurs and alumni.
8. Comply with company procedures and policies.

Requirements

1. 5 years minimum of verifiable professional experience and in teaching.
2. Minimum age: 35 years.
3. Skill and management of learning technologies.
4. Highly committed and a strong sense of professional ethics.
5. Have human sense and exigency.
6. Disposition to work full-time.
7. Availability to travel.
8. The job offer is in Puebla, México.
