We are now looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our professional and charming Front Office team.

Your day to day

Joining our vibrant and professional team will give you the platform to further develop your hospitality skills and knowledge and build your experience in a five star luxury hotel. You''ll be a motivated, outgoing and genuine person who loves to interact with a variety of people and working as part of a team. You''ll ensure sure our guests feel welcome each time they come to Sydney.

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home here in the heart of Sydney.

We''re looking for people who are passionate and genuinely care about others. You''ll be responsible for welcoming (check-in) and farwelling (check-out) our guests using our internal system, and be capable to handle problems guests may have. You will also need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player in order to achieve common goal with colleagues.
