As the Marketing Coordinator you will be one of the key custodians of the InterContinental Perth City Centre, Crowne Plaza Perth and Holiday Inn Perth City Centre brand.

Your day to day

Working within the IHG WA Centralised Marketing team of four, and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will assist to execute marketing activity designed to achieve specific marketing and brand objectives within all the core market segments for each property.

Day to day, the successful candidate will assist the Manager & Executives with tasks related to marketing campaigns, social media, content creation, content management, EDM''s, website updates & maintaining photo libraries with the objective to to drive continuous growth in Transient Bookings, Meetings & Events and Restaurants & Bars.

What we need from you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in PR or Marketing preferred
  • Strong knowledge of using social media platforms for commercial purposes
  • Great communication skills and naturally positive energy shown every day
  • Marketing experience within a hotel, travel, F&B or retail industry will be seen as an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles, innovation process and strategic planning process
  • Effective and/or persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • You must hold unlimited and unrestricted working rights for Australia.
