About the Role:

As our Events Sales Executive, you’ll be the key point of contact for all event bookings – from initial enquiry through to the final farewell. You’ll drive sales of our event spaces and food & beverage offerings, handling everything from quoting to execution with precision and care. Whether it’s a corporate meeting, elegant banquet, or bespoke private celebration, you’ll ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage all hotel events (residential & non-residential) from enquiry to completion
  • Coordinate event logistics with internal departments and issue Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
  • Drive revenue through proactive sales, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and contract management
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date administration of all event details using PMS tools (Opera, Delphi, etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and regular engagement
  • Identify new business opportunities through market insight and lead follow-up
  • Represent the hotel brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the local community
  • Assistance with Accommodation Arrangements

About you

  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised – able to manage multiple events and deadlines at once
  • Ambitious and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering top-tier service
  • Analytical and presentation-savvy – comfortable working with marketing and business development teams
  • Knowledgeable in Opera, Delphi, Meeting Broker, and Cvent is a plus
  • Language required: English.
