As Chef de Partie of InterContinental''s latest luxury hotel you need to be an organised professional who is passionate about delivering a superior culinary experience. This role is supporting our Breakfast service period. You''ll be comfortable working in a busy environment and directing small group of chefs on different sections within the kitchen. You''ll be a motivated, professional person with a real passion for food and be inspired to be creative and come up with new ideas. You''ll have the ability to communicate at all levels, work as a part of a team and a proven track record to work autonomously. You will be used to a high paced environment producing high quality food and will also have a strong knowledge of HACCP.
