Join us as a Casual Demi Chef in InterContinental Adelaide. you will be a motivated person with a positive attitude and an interest to progress your culinary career, develop your skills, and expose yourself to varying styles of kitchen operations and different styles of cuisine. You will be responsible for producing a wide range of quality product whilst exercising your knowledge of hygiene.
You will be exposed to, and work in all areas of the kitchen, learning from senior Chefs in a large kitchen operation with strong culinary skills and quality offerings. You will be involved daily in the preparation and production of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner services across all Food & Beverage outlets, giving you exposure to a la carte, bistro, fine dining and bar style cookery. It will be paramount for you to pay strict attention to timing and essential for you to stay organised and on top of your work at all times. To achieve results, you will be self-motivated and will perform your role with a sense of urgency. You will be creatively focused and have a genuine passion for creating exceptional cuisine.
