Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who has a passion for food, an individual culinary style and wants to add value in an environment that will allow them to discover new and innovative products and ways of working within a global brand.

 

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be a motivated person with a positive attitude who has an interest to progress your culinary career, develop your skills, and work within varying styles of kitchen operations and different styles of cuisine. You will be responsible for producing a wide range of quality products whilst exercising your knowledge of hygiene and food safety and maintaining our high guest service standards.

 

You will bring with you your genuine and friendly personality which will complement our dynamic & professional Culinary Team. We believe that our superior, understated service and outstanding facilities are important but what makes us truly different, is the genuine interest we show our guests and our ability to provide unrivalled insider knowledge and a real sense of occasion. 

 

As a Chef de Partie you will be assisting the Sous Chef to supervise the kitchen operation, including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance and inventory functions to ensure hotel quality standards, revenue goals and food and supply costs are met. You will have a full working knowledge and capacity to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks to the required standard. You will have extensive knowledge of new culinary trends, having thorough understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations to produce a consistent and high quality product.
