InterContinental Perth, opened late 2017 is a 240-room design orientated hotel in the heart of Perth’s CBD. Focused on corporate and transient market whilst bringing the InterContinental personalised service to life.
The qualified Commis Chef will report directly to the Chef de Cuisine, and will focus on these four different areas:
- Gallery Meeting Suites - residential styled individual meeting spaces with open kitchens and living rooms areas
- Club InterContinental Lounge - Located on Level 16, Club InterContinental offers guests daily breakfast, afternoon tea and a selection of canapes served in the evening to ensure Club InterContinental guests enjoy heightened exclusivity and service.
