Join us as a Concierge at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay located in Sydney’s exclusive leafy green Eastern Suburbs. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills to join our friendly and professional Concierge team. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who will lead the bell team on shift to carry out their duties and create memorable InterContinental guest experiences.
You will offer our discerning guests with an unforgettable luxury experience and you will provide information and bespoke recommendations to InterContinental Sydney Double Bay guests ensuring the highest standard of service and professionalism at all times.
You will oversee the bell operations and report to the Guest Services Manager within the Front Office team. As an ambassador of the hotel, you will develop your team and together build strong and positive relationships with our guests to ensure that their stay is memorable.
Other key responsibilities of the role include assisting guests with all their inquiries, providing detailed knowledge of the hotel, surrounding area, Sydney’s key attractions, transport information and booking transfer services. In addition you will be required to manage guest mail, deliveries, luggage storage other guest services.
