Confident and professional in your approach, you''ll have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. This role is the key contact for clients wishing to host an event, meeting or group at InterContinental Wellington. Delivering accurate and timely information for all stakeholders is key to success. The role involves the use of Delphi and Opera to ensure solid delivery of globally aligned processes. You''ll provide the link between the customer and the hotel to ensure that all information pertaining to their meeting, event or group is communicated clearly to the relevant hotel personnel in a timely and detail-orientated manner.
