In this important role you will lead the set-up and break-down, and/or clean up, of meeting rooms, banquet space and ballroom areas during assigned shift. Additional responsibilities may include training banquet employees, storing and securing equipment used for banquet functions, refresh room during breaks (replenish supplies, water pitchers, etc.), retrieve clean linen and skirting and stock in storage areas and mapick-up and deliver all boxes and materials (flip charts, easles, blackboards, etc.) for function.
