This role develops and implements processes and procedures to respond to in-house guest needs in a timely and professional manner through a central communications center.
As the Manager, you are in charge of the day-to-day activities of the Instant Service Center including ensuring the staff is properly trained including hotel operations, facilities, and services, local directions, and emergency, safety, and security procedures, etc. and that they have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions. You will establish, implement and monitor procedures for the friendly and professional telephone service to in-house guests; promptly dispatch proper services per guest requests and perform other duties as assigned including answering incoming calls during peak periods.
