Key responsibilities include: Ensuring the proper maintenance of the Risk Management Calendar (including but not limited to committee meetings, training schedules, internal audits) whilst keeping all administration and filing of the Risk Management function. You will be responsible for ensuring that Risk Management records and certificates are completed and maintained for proper tracking and future reference. In collaboration with the Human Resources Department, you will be preparing and updating the necessary resources and material for Risk Management training programs making sure that those trainings are researched and incorporated within the Hotel Safety training program and that hotel employees attend the appropriate ones at appropriate intervals. You will be working alongside the Risk Management Hotel Committee in identifying, establishing, and updating the internal audit procedures to support key stakeholders and ensure compliance with Risk Management Policies, Brand and Operating Standards, Guidelines and local regulations. Also, you will be working alongside Department Heads to identify risks, perform risk assessments, and ensure due diligence and on-job checks are carried out accordingly. You will be working on ensuring that incidents are reported, and proper trend analysis is carried out.
