Job Duties
- Aggressively target local catering businesses.
- Maintain close relationship with event organizers.
- Oversees and directs all aspects of the sales, co-ordination & successful execution of all local catering events.
- Ensure smooth operation of the department to deliver quality service and products.
- Ensure effective communication with clients and efficient co-ordination with departments concerned.
Job Requriements
- Minimum 3 years'' events management experience in a similar capacity.
- Aggressive individual with good Initiative, organized and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
