Job Responsibilities
- To create new a la carte desserts, petits fours, bread and all pastry products in Petrus restaurant
- To prepare the food orders with high quality and consistency
- To ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements
Job Requirements
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Specialized in French cuisine
- Diploma/degree in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management
- Minimum 5 years'' experience in similar capacity in a 5-star Hotel
- Excellent creativity, attention to details and leadership skills
- People and customer oriented; self-motivated and a team builder, commitment to professional values
