Job Responsibilities

  • To create new a la carte desserts, petits fours, bread and all pastry products in Petrus restaurant
  • To prepare the food orders with high quality and consistency
  • To ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements

 

Job Requirements

  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Specialized in French cuisine
  • Diploma/degree in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management 
  • Minimum 5 years'' experience in similar capacity in a 5-star Hotel
  • Excellent creativity, attention to details and leadership skills
  • People and customer oriented; self-motivated and a team builder, commitment to professional values
