Job objective

• To provide guests with the highest quality products and Mediterranean flair
• Quality Management
• Planning, preparation and serving of high end dishes and menus in
cooperation with the head chef
• Maintenance of standards and assistance in realizing Ideas
• Maintenance of procedures, cleanness and hygiene in kitchen facilities.

Responsibilities

• Insure that the service times are running smooth
• Help serving to the table including short explanation of components to the
guests
• Attending daily meetings
• Documentation and insure HACCP
• Documentation and control of kitchen areas
• Quality control of food and storage

Education/Experience

• Trained chef with experience in high end gastronomy
• Driving license car
• Computer skills

DETAILS

• Assist creating menus, dishes and their recipes
• Expert use and cleaning of kitchen equipment or according to manuals
• Keeping up smooth running Services and support other departments if
necessary
• Help with stock control and organisation of purchases
• Guarantee Hygiene in all kitchen areas and stores
• Assist or do Cooking demonstrations
• Quality and spot checks of food served or prepared
• Handling and checking guest preferences in cooperation with service staff
• Help improving quality of food and procedures

About you
