Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai

The Service Leader – Front Office is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk.


Provides supervision and leadership to all Service Associate as well as handling the set-up of daily reservations and check in and check out of guest in accordance with the objective, performances and quality standard established by Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai.


Sells accommodation in order to maximize revenue and occupancy.


Ensure all guest request are being complied.


Performs foreign currency exchange and other cashiering functions.


Is conversant with Front Desk (Reception/Cashiering) procedures and conducts training for staff.
