About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Executive to join the Finance department in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Reviewing the DRR and Cover report.
Reconcile the Gift Vouchers sold and redeemed by various departments and maintains records.
Audit on Concierge & Transport posting & maintain the backups.
Verification all the front office posting for accuracy and maintain the backups.
Verify all rebates and unjustified rebates to be brought to the management.
Ensure smooth running of Income audit /Night audit operation.
Updating Forecast budget for DRR and Cover Report.
General Cashier Reconciliation.
Verification of babysitting charges weekly & forwarding to GC for Payment.
Checking the Half Board vouchers from Outlet & Revenue allocation.
Breakfast package posting, checking and revenue allocation.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 year experience in similar role.
A Recognized Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Excellent computer skills including Micros, Opera, Resort Suite and ICG, Sun.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
