About the job:
 
An opportunity has arisen for a Doorperson to join the Concierge department in Jumeirah Carlton Tower.
 
The main duties and responsibilities of the role are:
  • To provide a warm welcome to guests when they arrive
  • To provide valet parking
  • To assist with luggage and porterage
  • Delivering luggage, parcels and messages to guests
  • Dealing with more unusual requests and errands unique to our individual guest needs
  • Multitasking and delivering the wow factor service to guests at all times
About you:
 
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
  • Hold a Full clean UK driving licence as the role will include valet parking
  • Have a previous experience of working in a similar role within a 4/5 star hotel
  • Be well presented
  • Have excellent levels of English
  • Very sound knowledge of London and the surrounding area of Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Chelsea
  • Highly organised
  • Personality is the key to our roles, as is a genuine passion for world class personalised service
  • Confident and able to multi task
  • Passionate about providing a thoughtful and generous service to guests
