About the job

Responsible in maintaining the necessary standards, systems and controls of the Administration & General department and handling the relevant administrative duties as determined by Executive Committee and General Manager as follows

  • To assist the Executive Committee and General Manager in administrative duties, to ensure the Pre-opening Office operations are effectively managed
  • Assist in ensuring the Jumeirah Pre-opening Office operations are effectively managed
  • Assist in F&B team members – in the administrative section
  • Ensure that the office is at all times stocked with stationeries, all materials and tools as required
  • Assist in ensuring proper control of the hotel car usage in coordination with Human Resources and process the gasoline to the car users as appropriate daily
  • Ensure that all the Executive Office tools/ machines are properly maintained
  • Assist in maintaining the office library and files
  • Respond to general enquiries through emails
  • Assist in ensuring that all guest feedbacks are reviewed and followed up by the relevant department heads
  • Perform daily administrative duties as directed by Executive Committee and General Manager
  • Additional task, Assist General Manager, Compile and submit monthly report related to project 


  • Indonesia nationality 
  • 2 years exeprience in related positions
  • Excellent skills in English correspondence and verbal communications, with well-groomed image to Jumeirah. 
  • A pleasant personality who has all the quality that fits into the Jumeirah Bali Hallmarks
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Proactive and self-managing
  • Accuracy & attention to detail
  • Flexible
  • Relevant university degree with knowledge in management and advanced skills in English writing and speaking.
  • Administration background Self-starter, Problem solving and follow-up ability Organised and structured Creative Excellent communicator
