    Jumeirah Creekside Hotel is a contemporary lifestyle hotel located 2km from Dubai International Airport in the heart of old Dubai. Set in landscaped grounds overlooking Dubai Creek, the hotel offers 292 rooms and suites, 21 meeting rooms, four restaurants, an award-winning spa and access to sports and leisure complex, The Aviation Club. Designed from the outset to connect the hotel to the region’s vibrant arts and cultural heritage.

    About the Job:
     
    An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join Human Rescores in Jumeirah Creekside Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
     
    • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors, fielding queries to appropriate team members and managing flow of visitor traffic.
    • Maintain an effective HR administration processes in to ensure efficiency and customer service.
    • liaise with HR Administration departments any inquiry with regards to visa medical, OHC or Emirates ID Card.
    • liaise with HR services centre desk to ensure that colleagues receive their cards, letter and certificate on time.
    • Coordinate and maintain colleague communication initiatives (plasma screens, designated noticeboards, posters etc).
    • Maintain Human Resources tracking sheet such as (Shukran Rewards, OHC, induction checklist, gift voucher tracking sheet etc.
    • Update engagement picture board on regular basis.
    • Update the monthly service charge chart and quarterly bonus information in the colleague notice board.
    • Responsible for HR weekly communication meeting minutes update.
    • Manage the national flag days and birthday celebration events.
    • Responsible for the colleague birthday card signatures and distribution, monthly colleague birthday board.
    • Prepare and print the personalized welcome card for new colleague.
    • Responsible to ensure that HR and L&D folder is always updated and accurate and team site.
    • Assist colleague on HR and L&D queries or systems queries e.g. Oracle Fusion, Gantner Time and Attendance, TMS .
    • Responsible of requisition of HR and L&D stationery supplies.
    • Ensure all office equipment’s  is maintained and  any damaged or unsafe equipment is reported to the appropriate department.
    • Coordinate mail collection and deliveries to ensure the distribution on daily basis.
    • Coordinate with the vending machine supplier for maintenance and refilling services
    • Coordinate with Al Manzil school on job placement and communication to the departments
    • Manage the maintenance of colleague’s lockers  or staff areas by raising the work order through HotSos.
    • Coordinate the hospitality visit whenever is required e.g. visit colleague who is unwell, arrange the personalized card and fruit basket.
    • Prepare the Monthly Learning an Development calendar for colleagues.
    • Prepare the weekly shift brief e.g. JCH Express.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly L&D reports e.g. Probationary Appraisal report.
    • Facilitate basic trainings and prepare the training materials.
    • Manage the Learning Management  System by creating courses.
    • Follow up on the confirmation of the training nominations.
    • Organize and maintain the mandatory courses record e.g. HACCP and first aid training.
    • Coordinate the Departmental Trainers and process the DT’s bonus document.
    • Manage the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel library.
    • Manage the cross training and English process.
    • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management team including assistance for large events or hotel functions.
     About you:
     
    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
     
    • High school diploma or higher education.
    • One year experience in HR or LnD administrative tasks.
    • Very open to work with multi-cultural teams.
    • Learning Management System and Talent Management System skills.
    • Oracle Fusion, Gantner T&A Systems skills.
    • Highly competent in English both spoken and written.
    • Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Effective inter-personal skills.
