About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Cluster Director of Sales to join our Sales Department. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Lead, manage and develop the Sales team based on parameters i.e. revenue.
Develop section head within the team to manage day to day business including team management and revenue generation and client engagements
Lead, manage and develop the team on Field Sales MICE Corporate team based on parameters i.e. individual team revenue generation, client portfolio and activity planning and execution
Contribute to overall Commercial Strategy of the team through collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Revenue leadership
Support DOSM as “Deputy” Sales leader in internal projects, company meetings, presentations and team initiatives to drive COS and team career development
Lead implementation of C&I innovation project and initiate C&I marketing campaign supported by Conversion team Marketing DOSM
Strategic Account Management across the segments Corporate and MICE based on customers’ historic revenue contribution.
New Business Development across C&I, Corporate and Groups
Geographic market development based on strategy and distinction in core markets emerging markets
Lead implementation and compliance of Sales Incentive scheme
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration and/or Hospitality Management
Minimum of five years experience in international luxury hospitality sector, preferably exposed to MENA region.
Strategic Commercial planning and execution.
Proactive, passionate, action orientated and result driven.
Organized, disciplined, dedicated, loyal and a self starter.
Focused, energetic and flexible leader with vision.
Fluent in English and preferably additional foreign languages.
