About the Job:
 
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join Front Office Department in Burj Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
 
  • Responsible and Supervising Bell Captains, Porters, Concierge Desk and lobby presence.
  • Ensure to be present at all’ V.I.P / High profile guests checking-in, coming for show arounds or F&B outlets
  • Assist door, driveway and lobby team in arrival process / Check-in for VIP guests
  • Efficiently Manage email correspondence, feedback, complaints and telephone requests
  • Meeting resident and non-resident guests to facilitate feedback and obtain guest preferences
  • Managing colleagues through appraisals, interviews & coaching.
 
 
 
About you:
 
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
 
  • Hotel school graduate or Front Office Operations
  • Front office-cross training
  • Previous concierge/guest relations experience in hospitality industry
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in 5 star hotel
  • Business English, High level of verbal and written English (Level 4)
