Responsible and Supervising Bell Captains, Porters, Concierge Desk and lobby presence.

Ensure to be present at all’ V.I.P / High profile guests checking-in, coming for show arounds or F&B outlets

Assist door, driveway and lobby team in arrival process / Check-in for VIP guests

Efficiently Manage email correspondence, feedback, complaints and telephone requests

Meeting resident and non-resident guests to facilitate feedback and obtain guest preferences

Managing colleagues through appraisals, interviews & coaching.

Hotel school graduate or Front Office Operations

Front office-cross training
-
Previous concierge/guest relations experience in hospitality industry

Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in 5 star hotel

Business English, High level of verbal and written English (Level 4)
