About Jumeirah and Jumeirah at Etihad Towers:
Ensures that all activities adhere to and support the Jumeirah International Quality Management System.
To correctly hand over information and cash to an incoming GSE when changing shifts
To ensure the reception area and lobby is maintained in an excellent condition at all times
Correctly process appointment requests and give accurate information
To provide towels and locker keys to all guests in exchange for their membership card
To make sure that the reception is stocked with sufficient towels, locker keys, water, cold towels and headsets
Have a thorough knowledge of cashiering and be proficient in cash handling
Participate in any scheduled training programs
Responsible for the filling out the store requisitions from the Guest Supplies Store, Beverage Store and General Store and to get them signed by the Manager, Fitness Center
Assists the fitness coach if busy in the gym
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
College Diploma or Equivalent
First Aid Certified
Good communication skills
Good command of English
1 year experience in the same position
