About the Role:
An exciting role has arisen for a talented Call Centre Manager to join the team. The main purpose of this position is that, he/she is Responsible to answer all incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information while still following  the company’s standard operating procedure.
Your key duties will include:
  • Attend for Noodle House Operation Meeting
  • Supervise, lead and monitoring the team’s performance in motivating them to reach the target
  • Monitoring the incoming and abandoned calls throughout the day
  • Responsible for the paper works required for every day, weekly and month end report
  • In charge of the team’s duty roster
  • Handle and resolve customers complaints
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Knowledgeable about the noodle house restaurant operations, promotions and especially the foods that are being offered for home delivery
  • Maintain a set of updated menus and promotional leaflets, etc. regarding the restaurants
  • In Charge in organizing to re punch the orders from Talabat, FOC and etc.
  • Updating Tie Up Company’s for any promotion of Noodle House Home Delivery
  • Checking Billing Statement of Tie Up Company’s every end of the month
  • Achieve the required ratings / percentage set on mystery caller test
  • To meet or even exceed the company’s expectations
  • Answer telephone calls professionally by following the SOP
  • Completing call logs
  • Completing all necessary reports
  • Maintain office files
  • Maintain the sales summary report by the end of the day and send to the concern parties.
About You:
In order to be considered for this role you should have Bachelor’s degree major in business or hotel management
  • At least 2 years of related managerial experienced
  • Strong communicator across a variety of platforms and on all levels.
  • Dynamic and confident individual.
  • Good time management and prioritising capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Working as a team player in a high performance team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the production of high quality work.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Technical understanding of Microsoft Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Have excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner.
