To maximize hotel occupancy and average room rate through application of yield management provided by Revenue Department.

Identify and accurately record guest needs and special requests received via call, email or booking engines.

Promotes and maintains good public relations and uses every opportunity to maximize business

Checks on No Shows and Cancellation through reports generated through OPERA and from the report sent daily by Front Office and advises on the final fees for Front Office to charge

Checks on the Advance Purchased Rate booked and have it charged accordingly

Attends to all inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.

Monitors and oversees the status and development of each and every group arrival.

Relates with accounting department in any direct or group related invoices.

Liaises with Sales Manager and Sales Executive and or with the Event Manager or Executive with contracts and room blocks

Attends Pre-Conference Meetings.

Organizes Visa requests from guests who have minimum stay of 2 nights

Have at least 18 months’ experience in customer service or reservations.

Bachelor Degree Holder in Hospitality Management or any related discipline

Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English both verbally and nonverbally
