About the Role:

The J-Club is expanding, and we are looking for an ambitious, performance-driven sales manager to help grow and retain the membership base.

The ideal candidate will have either previous experience in health and leisure industry and/or a keen interest in health and fitness personally.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Responsible for all sales planning and management, including setting and managing KPIs for the team and manage individual / team performance accordingly.
Lead, inspire, coach, and manage a team of membership consultants to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Proactively identify and establish lead generation opportunities to keep sales pipeline fresh.
Oversee and manage the sales funnel to ensure efficient lead management for all clubs.
Provide support with prospect calling, appointment setting and club tours as and when necessary.
Negotiate commercially sound agreements with new and existing corporate memberships.
Work closely with Finance to review month-to-date performance and overall revenue targets.
Responsible for creating and presenting sales reports for management.
Create and implement sales processes to ensure effective management of prospects and leads.
Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing a team of membership advisors.
Collaborate with marketing to create strategic and competitive sales promotions to achieve revenue targets.
Closely monitor the competitive landscape, identifying potential opportunities or threats to create compelling offers/solutions.


About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Sales & marketing or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
Good communication skills and fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Creative and innovative approach to sales activities
Commercially driven.
Analytical and good with numbers.
Excellent negotiation skills with ability to close commercially strong deals.
Able to work under pressure to meet targets.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Team player with strong people management skills.
