Jumeirah Bali Hotel will be located in the exclusive Jimbaran District, looking onto Dreamland beach. Set amidst tropical gardens, it will boast 123 private villas. There will be three restaurants, a Talise spa and a state-of-the-art fitness centre.
 
About the role
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly talented Spa Manager to join the pre-opening team at Jumeirah Bali Hotel.
The main purpose of this role is to provide a highly personalized service ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by the Jumeirah Group, giving advise and treat guests on wellbeing techniques and treatments.
 
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • To be responsible for ensuring monthly, quarterly & yearly Spa & Fitness sales are achieved
  • Assign priorities and main tasks to assistant managers and coordinators
  • To identify and target specific market segments for potential corporate clientele to promote Spa & Fitness services
  • Construct the Department Training Plan and conduct hands-on training for the team
  • Develop strong product quality measures
  • Assist in the preparation of the department budget and in achieving overall budget through planned marketing initiatives and controlling
  • To lead the Spa Team to achieve success where everyone contributes
  • Be responsible for a consistent great experience that exceeds expectations
  • Track and monitor the results of the department & individual KPI’s on a monthly basis
  • Responsible for all aspects of the Spa & Retail department including (but not limited to) Spa, Retail and Fitness
  • Assist in the development of a PR and Marketing plan in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing team
About You
 
In order to be considered for this role, you will have gained an internationally recognized qualification in the Spa Industry and you should have a minimum of 4 years leadership experience in a 5 star luxury Spa environment.
 
It is essential that you have strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.  You should be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer applications such a MS Office and private practice management software.
